Stephanie Johnson is the MCC Program Manager with over nine years of experience in providing MCC care and support for people living with HIV. Originally from Detroit, she has lived in Los Angeles for more than a decade. Stephanie received her BS in Psychology at Wayne State University in Detroit. She continued her education by earning a MA in Clinical Psychology from ISPP at Argosy University in Chicago.
Her career has been focused on offering counseling, comprehensive case management, and resource coordination to help ensure patients receive the medical care, mental health services, and social support they need.
While at MHF, Stephanie has been dedicated to advocating for and empowering vulnerable populations. Her commitment to social justice and health equity drives her ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of life for everyone, fostering resilience and hope in the face of challenges.

CJ joined Men's Health Foundation just before the COVID-19 pandemic, bringing her versatile experience within the clinic to her current role as the LVN Medical Care Manager for the MCC Department. Having worked across all MHF locations, she is dedicated to addressing patients’ diverse medical and non-medical needs. CJ is currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration at Rice University and enjoys hiking and playing with her pit bull in her free time.

Born and raised in Saluda, South Carolina, Terrence J developed a deep sense of empathy from a young age. Growing up in a community where healthcare disparities were evident and often overlooked, they witnessed the struggles faced by individuals of color living with HIV/AIDS. These experiences ignited a passion within Terrence to make a difference and to find ways to provide support to those in need.
Terrence J. is a passionate Retention Outreach Specialist dedicated to supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS. With a background in Runway Fashion, Print & Editorial Styling, experience as a Medical Assistant and a degree in Psychology, Terrence focuses on ensuring consistent and well-rounded care for their clients and offers a fun and stylistic approach to the care they give. They offer personalized support, resources, and advocacy to keep their clients engaged in healthcare.
Terrence’s work extends to community education to combat stigma and promote awareness. He is committed to empowering individuals and strives to make a positive impact in HIV care.

Fernando joined Men’s Health Foundation in April 2024 as the Medical Care Coordination (MCC) Case Worker, where he oversees HIV case management.
Prior to this role, Fernando served as an MCC Case Worker at APLA Health for nearly seven years. During his tenure at APLA, he held leadership positions, including interim clinical supervisor for the housing department and board member of the safety committee.
Before his time at APLA Health, Fernando was a group fitness instructor and worked as an exercise specialist for Optum. He also has professional experience with The Walt Disney Company and Fox Studios.
Fernando holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from San Francisco State University and completed a Postbaccalaureate Pre-Medicine program at Charles R. Drew University. He plans to apply for medical school in the near future.
